Luke has recently become a Justin Bieber fan. So by default - so has Noah - since he does everything Luke does. Luke doesn't know his name is Justin Bieber, so he just calls him "bay-beh" (Baby - the name of the song). They go off when that song comes on! See:

My mother's name is Kellie. She is 16 years old. Her favorite food is potatoes. My mom is so smart, she even knows how to have a baby. In my mom's free time, she likes to eat. My mom's favorite holiday is Halloween because she likes the candy and to see if there are potato snacks. My mom's hair is light brown. She weighs 20 pounds and she looks like a mom. Her favorite color is pink and gray. When my mom is mad she puts me in time out. My mom is as pretty as a butterfly. My mom loves flowers and gardens. My mom is good at learning. My mom likes it when it is her birthday and new stuff. I like it when my mom cooks broccoli and steak. I love my mom because her's my mom. What my mom likes best about being a mother is loving me.
